I don’t identify as a victim, a survivor, or a warrior. Those words describe moments, not identity.
My life has included profound loss, trauma, and experiences that dismantled my sense of safety and self. I’ve seen how pain can quietly shape beliefs, behaviors, and the way we move through the world without us even realizing it. But those experiences were never meant to define me. What they did give me was clarity.
I learned that healing doesn’t come from labels, endless processing, or pretending the past didn’t happen. It comes from ownership. From choice. From deciding, again and again, who you are willing to be in the face of what you’ve lived through.
I am the creator of Build You, a philosophy and body of work rooted in one truth: what happened to you may have shaped parts of your story, but it does not get to decide who you become.
Today, I help people who are tired of surviving their lives stop outsourcing their power to their past. I work with individuals who are ready to be honest, take responsibility without blame, and intentionally build themselves forward, with structure, clarity, and accountability.
I don’t believe in fixing people. I don’t believe in saving anyone. And I don’t believe healing is soft or passive.
I believe healing is an active choice. Brick by brick, I built myself out of what I was handed, not to erase my past, but to reclaim authorship of my life. That’s the work I invite others into. If you’ve lived through things that changed you and you’re ready to stop letting them run your life, you’re in the right place.
This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about choosing yourself and building from there.
